Borderline Personality Disorder
My approach often involves a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, and shame-informed therapy, all delivered from a compassionate perspective.
DBT helps clients learn skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and reducing self-destructive behaviors, while attachment theory addresses early relationship patterns that impact current connections.
Recognizing that BPD can often be complex relational trauma, my approach also focuses on healing deep-seated shame, incorporating self-compassion and mindfulness practices to rebuild a sense of self-worth and stability.

Borderline Personality Disorder is a complex and often misunderstood condition. At its heart lies a profound longing for stability and connection, and with the right support, individuals with BPD can find healing and build fulfilling, resilient relationships.
